Price

Prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. All prices are correct when published.

The customer shall pay for the products ordered, at the price displayed, at the time the order is submitted. No adjustments are made if the price of any product ordered increases or decreases between the time the order is submitted and the time when that order is delivered.

Gard’n Gro may vary the prices of products at anytime without notice.

Payment

We do not accept EFTPOS, cash, cheque, voucher or any other method of payment.

Payment is to be in full at the time of the purchase. If we are unable to successfully process your credit card payment for your order that is accepted by us, then we may cancel your order.

Credit Card Security

Gard’n Gro uses the Stripe Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

• Payments are processed in real-time.

• Gard’n Gro does not have access to your full card number; this credit card payment is secured by Stripe.

• Stripe have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre.

Delivery

Delivery is made by courier to any New Zealand address. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

No order will be accepted for delivery outside New Zealand.

We endeavour to deliver all products within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only.

You can change the delivery address at any point until the order has been dispatched by contacting us on sales@gardngro.co.nz

Risk and Title

Risk and Title pass to the customer on delivery to the delivery address.

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. If your delivery has not been received, please contact us within seven working days on sales@gardngro.co.nz We will use the delivery information to make a claim against our courier company and offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.

Gard’n Gro shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery at the delivery address is authorised to do so on behalf of the customer.

Returns

We stand by the quality of our products.

If you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product, you are welcome to an exchange or refund of the purchase price.

If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the packaging in which the product came. Please contact us on sales@gardngro.co.nz and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Once an order has been delivered to you, you have seven working days to return any product.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

You may cancel or change an order prior to it being dispatched by contacting us on sales@gardngro.co.nz will receive a refund of the purchase price only.

Gard’n Gro may cancel any part of an order (including orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for the cancelation at any time if, the products ordered are not available, or that we believe your order has been placed in breach of these Terms.

Warranties

We endeavour to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date; however, Gard’n Gro makes no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, suitability or currency of information. All information and material on this site is provided “as is” and is subject to change at any time. We disclaim all representations and warranties, express or implied, including (without limitation) representations and warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you are using this site for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
Where products supplied are defective in terms of any condition, warranty, guarantee or otherwise do not conform to the order, Gard’n Gro will at its discretion replace any faulty products or replace them. Any claim made by the customer must be within seven working days of delivery of the Goods.

Liability

Gard’n Gro (and any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering this site) will not be liable for any damages, losses (including, without limitation loss of profits, business or data), costs or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising or resulting from, or in connection with, your access to, or use of, or inability to access or use, this site or any other website which is linked or framed to this site, or any errors or omissions in the content thereof, to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether brought in tort, contract, equity or otherwise.

Indemnity
